the hotel is situated in a wonderful location, close to the main square, Narbonne cathedral, and the canal. the room we stayed in was charming, with a balcony, original coving, and a fireplace. the staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided.

I particularly enjoyed the slightly comfortable armchair, perfect for reading. the location of the hotel is also excellent, as it is central and close to the main little square. the staff, especially Patricia, the evening receptionist, were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided us with helpful information about the area, recommended local restaurants, and even booked them for us. the hotel also had a great ambience, especially around the market and canal area. I also appreciated the availability of coffee and croissants downstairs.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was generous and varied, and we appreciated the complimentary snacks and fresh fruits provided throughout the day. the hotel facilities and cleanliness were of a high standard, making our stay very comfortable.

The rooms were quite noisy, with sound carrying from the hallways and toilets flushing loudly. the wifi was unreliable and made it difficult to send and receive emails.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the main attractions and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the view of the nearby cathedral from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations and making us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of fresh, local food, which we appreciated.

The room was on the small side, but as we were out exploring most of the time, it wasn't a big issue. We did notice some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, with stains and hair left behind from previous guests.
