The hotel had a lovely and inviting atmosphere, with beautiful decor that had a touch of elegance. The common areas like the lounge and dining area were tastefully decorated and created a warm and welcoming ambiance. For senior people like myself, it was great to see that the hotel had easy accessibility with well-maintained ramps and handrails, making it comfortable for us to move around and enjoy our stay.

I would have preferred if the children working there had been a bit more attentive to the needs of the senior guests. Although they were polite, there were times when we needed assistance and had to wait longer than expected.
