They swiftly resolved the issue and provided me with a more suitable room. The central location was perfect for exploring the city and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. Despite some minor inconveniences, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location. We had a great stay at Le Grillon! the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and only 5 minutes to the city center. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. the room was comfortable and quiet, with adjustable heating to keep us warm during the cold Christmas time. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the freshly made orange juice was a highlight. our experience was excellent and we would highly recommend Le Grillon.
