sure hotel by best western in beziers exceeded my expectations with excellent facilities, friendly staff, and immaculate rooms. a must-stay in the perfect location with helpful english-speaking staff, secure parking, and a gorgeous pool. the staff went above and beyond, making our stay enjoyable from start to finish.

The location of this hotel was very convenient for traveling to nearby attractions. the air conditioning in the room was very effective in keeping us cool during the hot Easter weekend.

Our room was very disappointing, as the furniture was old and not well-maintained. the staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in our needs.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The friendly and welcoming staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even upgraded one of our rooms, which was a lovely surprise. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The rooms were modern and impeccably clean, with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, close enough to the city center but still providing a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast, although a little pricey, was delicious with a wide variety of options available.

I honestly couldn't find anything to fault during my stay.

the staff was incredibly helpful and the location was easily accessible from the main routes. the check-in process was quick and the staff was friendly. the hotel also had a beautiful pool that we were able to use before our room was ready. the experience exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Sure Hotel By Best Western.
