The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice beds and linen. The hotel had a calm and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The small outdoor pool was a bonus, allowing us to cool down after a long drive.

The breakfast seemed overpriced at €11 per person. The lack of staff was noticeable, with one girl handling multiple roles and no one available to address issues such as a dirty bathroom in our friends' room.

This hotel in the south of the Auvergne region is a great find. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, offering all the amenities you would expect from a larger hotel chain. The attention to detail is impressive, from the comfortable beds to the lovely walk-in showers. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location is also fantastic, being near the center of town and within easy reach of the volcanic hills and mountains nearby. Additionally, the restaurant offers a good selection of well-presented and tasty dishes, making it worth reserving a table in advance.

Exceptional location, room size, and staff. Kids loved the clean, fenced pool. Large shaded parking. Separate bar with happy hour. Easy walk to town. Good large wardrobe and empty fridge.

Location was convenient as it was close to the town centre and allowed us to explore the area easily. the staff was polite and welcoming, which made our romantic escape more enjoyable. the restaurant served tasty meals made from fresh local ingredients.

Our room was smaller than expected and had limited storage space, making it hard for us to keep our belongings tidy. the bathroom shower was poorly designed, causing water to spill all over the floor after each use.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly considerate and accommodating. When they learned we were traveling with a baby and a dog, they gave us a room at the end of the corridor for a peaceful night. Despite not officially having room service, they arranged it for us when our little one fell asleep early. The food was absolutely delicious too. The hotel may be three stars, but it definitely felt like a four-star experience with its amenities and spacious rooms. Plus, it's conveniently located just a short walk from the charming town center. highly recommended!

We stayed at a hotel during our coach holiday in the Auvergne. The manager warmly welcomed us and guided our coach into the car park. Our rooms in the annex were spacious and comfortable, with a large bed that provided a great night's sleep. The shower room was well-appointed, and the breakfast in the annex offered a typical cold selection along with the fun experience of boiling our own eggs. The evening meals in the restaurant were of excellent quality, using fresh ingredients and artistically presented. The hotel staff were friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming.

The hotel is not located near the restaurants, so we had to drive to a buffalo grill instead.
