The service was exceptional, with the staff being easily the best we've ever encountered in France. The room was warm and comfortable, and the balcony allowed us to enjoy the pretty town below. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. We felt completely relaxed and pampered during our stay.

We spent our New Year's Eve in this hotel and we have to say that the reception we received was amazing. The restaurant was definitely a highlight, the food served was delicious and the service was top-notch. , the hot tub and the pool were always clean and not crowded. The hotel's location was very convenient, as we found it easy to reach the bus stop to go to Avoriaz. It was nice to have English channels on the TV and the rooms were well-decorated and tidy.

The mediocre breakfast was a bit disappointing with not much variety of food and the pancakes were always cold. , the bathrooms were not up to the standards for a 4-star hotel, with only basic toiletries provided.

I recently stayed at a good hotel situated in a village with friendly staff and great facilities. The whole place was extremely clean, although it was possibly too warm. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing as there was a bus stop just 20 meters away. The facilities were exactly what I needed after a day of being active. This was my second time staying here and I would definitely recommend it. I'll be returning for sure.
