I loved the quaint entrance and reception, it felt like stepping into a hidden gem. The vintage cage-like lift added to the charm. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with daily bedding and towel changes. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to Old Nice, Rue Massena, and local bars and restaurants. The nearby cafes are great for breakfast, and a visit to La Fontain is a must. The reception staff was incredibly helpful, providing valuable advice on transportation and even arranging a cheaper airport transfer. this budget hotel exceeded my expectations and is perfect for a short break.

Spent my Xmas holidays at a hotel in downtown the city with my partner. Loved how close to the beach and old town it was. the tram station was a few minutes away which made getting to the airport easier. the room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. I appreciated the free soft drinks, water, and coffee machine in the room. There was a steady supply of hot water in the powerful shower and the toilets were pristine. the receptionist gave us a map and explained how to get around the city and the lady receptionist suggested taking the tram to the airport rather than the train. Two thumbs up for their helpful staff!

There were pesky mosquitoes in the room that left us with plenty of bites at night, and there was a lot of traffic noise throughout the night as well. the lightwell in the room also made it a bit dim, which made it tough to read.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our Christmas getaway. It was just a short walk from the city center and the beach, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The room was quite small and lacked some necessary features, such as a larger wardrobe. the thin walls made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep, as we could hear noise from the adjoining rooms.

The location of Hotel Le Seize, Nice Centre was fantastic! We were able to walk to the train station and all the main sites easily. The rooms were clean and updated, ensuring a comfortable stay. We were really happy with the overall value and everything at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and amenities.

This hotel is located right in the center, close to all the shops and the old town. We had a room on one of the lower floors with a shower in the bedroom, which was convenient. The double bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, breakfast was included in our rate which was a nice bonus.

The noise level from neighboring rooms can be a bit distracting.

It was just minutes away from Ave Jean Medecin and a short walk to Old Town or the Zone Pietonne. the room was comfortable and had enough space for us to move around. the beds were cozy and provided a good night's sleep. Although the room could have used a bit more storage, it served our needs well. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including juices, bread, croissants, cheese. we would recommend this hotel to our friends visiting Nice.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Le Seize. The room was clean and had a modern look, just like in the pictures. The location was perfect, close to everything but on a quiet street. The staff was helpful, especially when it came to looking after our luggage. The value for money was excellent. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Le Seize.

the location was perfect, with the Congress Center, old town, and beaches all within close proximity. Having the tram station just two blocks away made getting around very convenient. There were also plenty of nice restaurants and bars, as well as a little supermarket nearby. the front desk lady was friendly and helped me arrange a good fare taxi back to the airport.

As someone with physical handicaps, I truly appreciated the free upgrade and the welcoming and polite reception staff. The room was modern, comfortable, and had a great view of Rue de la Liberté. The location was excellent, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The bed was very comfortable, and the peaceful nights sleep was much needed. The air conditioning was a blessing, and the lounge area was a nice place to relax. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and overall, it was great value for money.
