The location was absolutely amazing! We were just a few minutes away from the slopes, and close to restaurants and shops. the hotel offered free shuttle services that were very convenient. the staff was extremely friendly and greeted us by name. the service was excellent and the room we stayed in was spacious and had stunning views.

One thing that was a little disappointing was the slow bar service during peak times. Communication between reception and the restaurants was also not the best, resulting in a misunderstanding regarding our half-board dining experience.

This hotel was absolutely luxurious, fulfilling all of our exclusive amenity needs. We were amazed by the outstanding service, particularly in the Spa & wellness centre. the massage was relaxing, and the spa lounge had incredible Turkish bath and sauna facilities. the indoor heated swimming pool had comfortable sun loungers which we loved to use after our swim. the convenience of the location made for an easy walk to restaurants, supermarkets and the ski lift.

The only minor issue was the slow bar service during peak times. this was outweighed by the amazing in-room breakfast and the beautifully designed private facilities.

We just had an amazing stay at Les Barmes De L'Ours! the staff were brilliant from the moment we arrived. the hotel entrance was beautifully decorated for Christmas, setting a festive tone. Our room was spacious with incredible views. the location was perfect, just a minute's walk to the slopes and ski lift, and a short stroll into town. the hotel even provided convenient free shuttles when needed. As seasoned travelers, we can confidently say that this hotel easily rivals the best we've stayed at worldwide. Room 409 is highly recommended for booking!
