Lovely garden view from quiet garden room. Fabulous 84ft pool for proper exercise. Helpful staff, great English. Excellent restaurant with unchanged menu. Secure off-road parking available.

This hotel is a hidden gem with its beautiful old building and charming rustic decor. The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly, making you feel completely at ease during your stay. The attention to detail is evident in the comfortable rooms, complete with modern bathrooms. And let's not forget the breakfast - a delicious spread of locally-sourced delights. Lastly, the location near the centre of a small town adds to the overall appeal of this hotel.

All was alright, but it could do with a little updating.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel with a lovely pool. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was absolutely delightful. The overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxed and rustic, creating a perfect getaway vibe. We would definitely stay again if we were traveling in the area.

The rustic and elegant vibe of the hotel was charming. The room, while facing the busy street, was well-maintained and had a modern bathroom. The restaurant was great, with excellent local produce used. The cooked meal was delicious, and the presentation was excellent. Key location facts were great as we could visit nearby tourist attractions.

Sadly, there were a couple of negative aspects in our stay. The swimming pool was freezing, and there were no towels available at the pool.

The lighting was too dark in the rooms and it was necessary to go into the bathroom or toilet to see print etc. The staff, apart from the young lady who took us to our rooms and the lady I paid, were very superior and spoiled our dinner.

An old building converted into a cozy hotel and restaurant. Rustic charm in rooms, skilled cooking in the kitchen. Helpful staff and delicious, locally-sourced food. Enjoyed the garden, pool, and secure parking.

The pool was fantastic - great length and plenty of space. The breakfast offered a great choice and used local produce. The staff were helpful and attentive. The hotel had a tranquil atmosphere and a beautiful grand hall style restaurant.
