We loved the excellent location, surrounded by beautiful bakeries and authentic Parisian lifestyle. The hotel had a pretty good spa, although the lack of natural light in the basement was a bit gloomy. The view from our hotel room was excellent, with a partial Eiffel Tower view. The staff, although a bit 'going through the motions,' were helpful. the hotel was very clean.

I had the most incredible stay at a luxury five-star grand hotel in a perfect location. Surrounded by beautiful bakeries and immersed in the authentic Parisian lifestyle, it was a non-touristic yet luxurious experience. The interior design of each specialty suite was unique and dedicated to an artist or theme. I stayed in the Coppola Penthouse Suite, which was a perfect blend of mid-century chic and Parisian allure. The attention to detail was impeccable, with authentic vintage cameras and art pieces donated by Coppola. The shelves filled with books on art, cinema, literature, and culture made me want to sit and read each one. The bathroom and bedroom left nothing to be desired, with a marble bathtub and a cloud-like mattress. The three balconies offered a post-card view of the Eiffel Tower, and the rooftop was simply breathtaking. The customer service was exceptional, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The spa with the large indoor pool was a welcome retreat, and the 24/7 room service was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.

The hotel is in a nice part of the city, close to the Bon Marché shopping center and all the Paris sites. The location is great for strolling and shopping, with a subway station right outside. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch. The staff were helpful and provided excellent service.
