our stay at lyon-ouest was amazing! the staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and the food is delicious. it exceeded our expectations and made our trip even better than before.

This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of the city. It is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern and tasteful decor. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing exceptional customer service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and the espresso machine is excellent. some rooms provide a lovely view of the Saone River.

There are limited options for bars and restaurants in the area.

Great staff and comfortable rooms. Location was quiet and the Christmas decorations were lovely. Enjoyed the breakfast selection and the ample parking provided.

The heating in the room was not working properly and it was very cold during the night. the value for money was not worth it.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern design. The staff members were friendly and provided good service throughout our stay. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. we were disappointed to learn that parking at the hotel came with a hefty fee, even though there was free parking available nearby.
