We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with friendly, efficient staff. Alexandra, in particular, made us feel welcome and relaxed after our long drive. the hotel's swimming deck and jacuzzi on the 3rd floor offered stunning views of the hills and were well-maintained. Our room had a large, comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities, including a kettle for tea and coffee. We found the location convenient, with plenty of eating places within walking distance.

The breakfast spread was the best we've had in our travels. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with rooms that had large terraces offering stunning mountain views. We also appreciated the well-placed location on a hill, within easy walking distance of the center and the train station.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lovely decor and balconies. The bed is comfortable and there are facilities to provide pool and beach towels. The terrace and pool area offer a peaceful retreat. Guests can enjoy a good breakfast, with a Mediterranean touch.

One negative aspect is that some of the decor and carpets in the hotel are worn out.

The hotel seemed clean and well-maintained. the beds were comfortable to sleep on, and the staff was friendly and courteous. the location was convenient for accessing local restaurants and bars.

The biggest disappointment was the unexpected charges for breakfast and parking. Both were overpriced and felt like a scam.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the staff at Le Madeloc Hotel & Spa were friendly and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. They all spoke English, which was a bonus as my French skills are not very good. Charlotte, in particular, went out of her way to assist me in organizing a local wine tour. the hotel itself is well-furnished and conveniently located with easy access to the town. the breakfasts were excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. After a day of exploring the town, I found the pool area to be a refreshing and invigorating way to relax.

The rooms are well-designed with attention to detail, and some even feature beautiful shaded terraces with views of the countryside. The staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service, treating guests with utmost care and even cleaning motorcycles. The breakfast is top-notch and can be enjoyed in the bright dining room or on the terrace.

The pool facilities, including the jacuzzi, may not meet everyone's expectations.
