The location was fantastic—just minutes from the metro and a short walk from Gare du Nord. The staff truly stood out, always helpful and eager to assist. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the room, though small, was comfortable enough for a restful night after exploring Paris.

Great location near major attractions.

The lack of an elevator was an absolute nightmare. We were on the 4th floor, and carrying our luggage up those steep stairs was exhausting. Additionally, the bathroom situation was inconvenient. the separate external bathroom made late-night trips very uncomfortable. I was also alarmed when a coat hook fell off the wall right when I was trying to rest.

I was shocked to find my toilet broke on day one and flooded the bathroom, very classy! Also, climbing those steep stairs is a workout, not that I needed any after being treated like everyone else. I nearly thought about giving a good review until I realized there was no guest pampering. Disappointing, to say the least.

However, the noise from other guests was a drawback, which disrupted sleep with faint sounds coming through the thin walls. Despite this, it was an affordable option for a short stay, especially with numerous cafes and supermarkets nearby.
