We had a fantastic time at Boutique Hotel Neptune. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and city center. The rooms were modern and clean, making us feel right at home. The owner and his colleague were incredibly friendly and provided us with great sightseeing tips. The internet speed was excellent and the added security cameras made us feel safe. Despite a minor issue with the tea and coffee station, we couldn't fault our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the action. It is very near the city centre, just a couple of minutes walk from the tram station and the beach. The old town is also very close, so you can easily explore the charming streets and enjoy the local culture. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to provide useful information and recommendations.

The rooms around the reception area could be better isolated to reduce noise from the morning activities.

They helped with an early check-in after our flight was canceled and even arranged for affordable transportation during a public transport strike. the room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the promenade and other attractions. We were also surrounded by a variety of restaurants. We definitely plan on returning to this hotel on our next visit to Nice.

No balcony overlooking the street.

We had a fantastic stay at the Boutique Hotel Neptune. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk to the beautiful Massena square and all the main attractions in Nice. The room was cozy and nicely renovated, with a charming street view. We were greeted warmly by the staff upon arrival and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The public transport system was also excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. we highly recommend this hotel for a short break in Nice.

Best aspects were the unbeatable location and the friendly staff. You can step out of the hotel and find yourself right in the heart of the city, with restaurants, shops, and the tram just a stone's throw away. And speaking of the staff, they were always ready with a smile and a helpful recommendation. It really made a difference in my stay. Plus, the modern amenities in the room worked like a charm, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free.
