The staff were extremely helpful, providing an earlier check-in time. The hotel is child-friendly, offering a travel cot, baby bath, and bottle warmer. The spa pools are amazing, with therapeutic massage jets. The bar area has reasonably priced drinks and meals. The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach. Free parking is available.

Felt very at home, nothing was too much trouble.

The location of the hotel is absolutely wonderful, with a fantastic sea view from the room. The facilities are in good condition and very clean. I had a great experience with the prompt and friendly reception service. The room rate was also very reasonable.

During my stay at Thalazur Ouistreham - Hotel & Spa, I had the chance to stroll along the beautiful beach before dinner. It was such a pleasant experience and added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. The hotel's location is convenient, especially for catching an early Brittany Ferry. The restaurant served delicious food, and my room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it is right beside a fantastic beach. The beach access was so convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable. The service at this hotel was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The amenities in the room were also great, with everything from ironing facilities to a flat-screen TV. We also loved the spa and wellness center, which had a variety of treatments and a saltwater pool for ultimate relaxation.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The restaurant had a limited menu, but the food was excellent. We enjoyed the perfectly cooked fish and the delicious desserts. The bartender at the bar was very pleasant and efficient. The hotel's location was ideal for visiting the World War 2 beaches and was just 5 minutes away from the Ouistreham ferry port. I would recommend this hotel for its great food and convenient location.

Xmas stay was enjoyable with many positives to mention. the rooms were clean and cozy, offering amazing sea views. , they provided little things like slippers and bathrobes, which were much appreciated. The key location allowed us to enjoy walking on the beach and dining at nearby restaurants. The amazing spa pools with therapeutic massage jets were the best aspects of our stay that we really enjoyed.

Although our stay was enjoyable, there were some negatives too. The reception staff was unhelpful and uncommunicative.

our stay at thalazur was absolute bliss. the beachfront location and friendly staff made us feel right at home. the spa facilities were top-notch, and we loved indulging in the relaxing massage. the breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options. highly recommend this modern hotel for a perfect getaway.
