Our stay at the hotel was excellent. We arrived late at night and were pleased to find that the hotel allowed late check-in until midnight. This was perfect for us as we arrived at the train station at 10:30pm and had rushed to attend Mass at the Grotto at 11:00pm. The hotel's location, just at the corner of one of the side entrances, made it easy for us to access the Grotto and explore the surrounding area. Despite the late hour, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a meal by running to a nearby cafe and arranging something for us.

We are so grateful for the exceptional assistance we received during our stay at Hotel Royal. When we encountered difficulties finding the hotel, a member of the staff personally guided us through unfamiliar roads until we arrived safely. Additionally, when I had a tooth problem in the late night, the receptionist went above and beyond to find the medication I needed. This level of care made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and dedication to guest satisfaction.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, being very near the sanctuary. The staff was incredibly helpful, arranging a taxi at a cheaper price than regular taxi services. Additionally, there are many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby for convenience. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable.

That the breakfast offered for 5 Euros wasn't up to par, just a juice and bread.

My friends and I had an amazing time in this hotel. The location was perfect, near restaurants and the tourist attractions we went to. The staff was friendly and approachable. , the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food and drinks, we never got tired of it during our stay. We truly enjoyed our time in this hotel and will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Though our stay was great, there were a few hiccups that we encountered. We were a bit disappointed that the soap in the bathroom was not replenished and that we only received one bar for two people.

Conveniently located near the entrance gate to the Grotto, allowing easy access to the surrounding area. Late check-in and noon check-out available. Helpful staff member arranged a meal for us when most cafes were closed. Clean and perfect accommodation.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Lourdes and had a fantastic experience. the location was unbeatable - just a stone's throw away from the sanctuary. It made attending the Maria procession so convenient and heartwarming. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, providing excellent service with a smile. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a lovely view to wake up to each morning. The attention to detail was evident, from the laminated flooring to the tiled bathrooms. All in all, this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
