I spent 3 nights in a cozy room with a beautiful view, and the breakfast was super tasty, making each morning enjoyable! The spa amenities were a nice bonus, with options for a jacuzzi and a steam room to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Just a heads up, I wished there had been slippers in the room, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🌟

checked in and thought I'd be pampered, but alas! the pillows were unbearable, leading to a neck ache. water flooded the floor from the shower—clearly evident this hotel has issues. i never received any special treatment, despite my expectations. just wanted a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but the management must have missed that memo!

Housekeeping was immaculate, ensuring a comfortable stay. The warm and welcoming staff enhanced our experience. While the breakfast could have had more variety, it was a minor detail in an otherwise wonderful visit.

Housekeeping definitely needs improvement—some basic amenities felt sparse!!! The noise from the street was bothersome, and the heating system was inconsistent. A slow elevator was frustrating, especially on higher floors!!! The layout is confusing, and the lack of a fully operational spa was disappointing!!!
