I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated between the Opera Garnier and les Grands Magasins, making it convenient to visit both. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a chic design in the lobby area. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being very well-maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and English-speaking, always ready to assist with any request or question. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and the hotel even had tea and coffee, as well as croissants, available throughout the day. Additionally, they had a water dispenser to refill bottles and reduce plastic waste.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted with the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. They were always smiling and made excellent recommendations for dining options. we appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to popular attractions and easily accessible via public transportation. One more advantage that we enjoyed was the cleanliness of the rooms, which were spotless and well-maintained.

There were a few aspects that we were not entirely satisfied with. we found the room we stayed in to be less aesthetically pleasing than what was shown in the online pictures.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, always making us feel welcome and attended to our needs. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, with a comfortable bed and great sound insulation. We also appreciated the additional amenities such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a safe in the room. we felt truly taken care of during our time here.

I stayed at this venue for a few nights and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location is perfect as it's in the center of everything and close to the opera. I was impressed by the wonderful staff who were at my service. They catered to every request and the doorman was just like him.
