Noise issues from the street and hallways disrupt sleep quality!!! The elevator is old and small, leading to inconvenience, especially during busy times!!! Cleaning inconsistencies and dilapidation in public areas need immediate attention!!!

I loved discovering the local bouchons with their rich culinary traditions! The room was spacious, and I enjoyed the lovely little balcony views of the Basilica—a perfect spot to sip my morning coffee. Plus, the staff was super attentive, especially with quick room service and handling my package mishap after I left.

I also expected the reception to be a bit more clued-in about local dining spots, especially during the busy gastronomic event weekend when reservations were impossible to find.

The hotel is located right in the shopping district between the rivers, making it incredibly convenient for exploring local boutiques and eateries. Our room, though cozy, had a lovely balcony with beautiful views of the Basilica, adding a charming touch to our stay. The complimentary coffee machine and refreshing water in the lobby were also delightful perks.

We experienced some noise from the street, particularly in the mornings.

The room was spacious and lovely, with a big bathroom featuring a lovely bath and shower. We appreciated the hotel's commitment to being climate-friendly by minimizing plastic use and offering refillable water bottles. The free coffee machine was a great bonus. Staff were incredibly helpful when we faced a problem with our car.

The twin room featured a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the basilica, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The air conditioning was a welcome amenity during my stay. I appreciated the free chilled water and coffee available throughout the day. The location made it easy to explore nearby bars and restaurants. The staff were accommodating when I needed assistance with a room change.

The staff were amazing, especially Fatima at reception, she just made everything easy when it came to changing our room after the air conditioning went haywire. Also, the view from our new room was incredible, we were facing this beautiful Basilica, lit up like a scene from a movie.
