We found ourselves in a great location, just a few stops away from all the Paris attractions, yet in a calm neighbourhood with mediocre restaurants nearby. The metro stop is just a few minutes' walk away, making transportation a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our room and bathroom, and the attentive service provided by the friendly staff. The breakfast selection was ample and provided good value for money.

The lift was quite small and slow, but it was not a major issue for us.

The hotel had comfortable beds, attractive bathroom, bath robes, tea & coffee making facilities, good breakfast. The location was well-located on the Left Bank, close to public transit and walkable to southern arrondissements. The building had lots of character and was well-maintained.

Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near all the major sights in the city, making it easy to get around. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the overall facilities. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. I was very satisfied with my experience.

the location was perfect for our walking tours - very accessible to the main sites either on foot or by taking a short and cheap subway ride. Secondly, the rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. The air conditioning was a great plus for a summer stay in Paris. And finally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

I loved that the hotel was located on a quieter street junction with decent restaurants nearby and a grocery store within easy walking distance. The location was perfect for exploring the shops and museums, and it was in my favorite part of this city. We had a wonderful romantic escape in the heart of the city. The hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The beautiful room with its stained glass window and marble fireplace mantle added a touch of elegance to our stay.

The shower was quite small and had a high step, which made it a bit uncomfortable to maneuver. Also, there were some maintenance issues in the hotel, such as stains on the ceilings and malfunctioning amenities, which could use some improvement.

This hotel is ideally located just down the road from a metro station, making it super easy to explore the city. Its location in a good neighbourhood with a lot of shops is a major plus. I also loved that there was a fabulous cheese shop around the corner. The staff are very helpful and basic amenities are great. The rooms are decorated beautifully and have A/C. Breakfast offers a good variety of options.

Additionally, the staff is friendly and offers excellent service, making you feel welcomed during your stay. Lastly, the location is ideal, with easy access to the metro and surrounded by supermarkets, including the world's greatest cheese shop just around the corner.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious and clean room with a balcony that offered a wonderful view. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the hotel's location was a key advantage, as it was centrally located and close to essential transportation options such as the metro, bus lines, and taxis. Additionally, there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, making it convenient to grab a quick snack or meal.

One aspect that I disliked was the noise from the streets, which could be quite loud at times. the beds were also uncomfortable, leading to a less than pleasant sleeping experience.

We had a taxi strike on the day of our departure and our shuttle bus was canceled, but the staff at Vaneau Saint Germain went above and beyond to help us. They refunded our deposit and even personally showed us how to get to the airport. The warm and friendly service truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.
