We had a great stay at a charming hotel located close to the heart of the city. the owners were friendly and gave us plenty of helpful information about the area, including nearby restaurants and attractions. the hotel offered secure parking, which was a big plus in this area where street parking was limited. We also appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere, as they provided a cot and additional bed for our family of six. it was excellent value for money and we would definitely return.

The hotel offered valet parking and the owner personally led us to an underground car park, which was really helpful for me as I am not walking too well at the moment. the location of the hotel was prime, being just a five-minute walk from both the railway station and the town center. the hotel had a charming and quaint atmosphere, giving a feeling of going back in time to a more caring age.

Some rooms, like the converted garage in the garden, were not as appealing as the main hotel building. There were also reports of ants in the shower, which is not ideal.
