I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the peaceful countryside. Surrounded by nature, this place was truly a hidden gem. The rooms were compact, but had everything one would need, from a comfortable bed to free Wi-Fi. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. One of the highlights was the restaurant, offering a great selection of delicious meals at a very affordable price. The menu had plenty of options to choose from and the food was beautifully presented. It was truly a delightful dining experience. Additionally, the hotel provided basic amenities and had a convenient location, making it an ideal first stop on a trip.

The hotel was a great stopover during my Christmas road trip. the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. the location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was located close to a major highway and offered easy access for my travel needs. the restaurant provided delicious meals that were reasonably priced.

Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the overall condition of the rooms and the exterior of the hotel could use some attention. the rooms were clean, but the décor felt outdated and could use some updating.

stayed at ibis again in magny & was blown away by the rural location, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. loved the touch of having a guitar to play & the outdoor seating. restaurant was excellent & reasonably priced. overall, ibis exceeded expectations during our honeymoon trip.

We had a great stay at Ibis. The location was just off the motorway, yet surrounded by a lovely rural setting. It was a 10-minute drive into Avallon itself. The hotel had some nice touches, like a guitar to play and an area for children. The restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating.
