our weekend trip to besancon was made even better thanks to ibis. the location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel room was always clean and comfortable. can't wait for our next stay!

ac barely worked

The hotel is conveniently located near the town centre, allowing easy access to the citadel and other attractions. Its proximity to the river provides a beautiful view from some of the rooms. Additionally, the friendly staff and comfortable beds make for a pleasant stay. The on-site parking and shared bicycle station are also convenient facilities for guests.

The bathroom facilities could use improvement, as mentioned in reviews.

we had a great stay at ibis. the bed and pillows were super comfortable and the shower was hot, powerful, and spacious. the blinds on the window kept out the early morning light so we could sleep in. the location was fantastic, especially if you have a car. you can easily walk to the old town by crossing the bridge on foot. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was good. we also enjoyed eating outside on the terrace.

Our room at Ibis was surprisingly spacious and affordable. It was impeccably clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. The location was convenient as it only took us a short 10-minute walk to reach the center of the city. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the parking confusion and the tight car park, we felt secure and valued as guests. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Besancon.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is near to the old town and other sightseeing places. We highly recommend using the hire bikes outside the hotel, as they are very cheap and a brilliant way of exploring the city. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and the basic amenities in the rooms were good. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a very large shower/bathroom and nice comfortable beds.
