The keypad system at Ibis Budget was a breeze once we figured it out. The lovely woman at the desk went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable, offering us free coffee and helping us get online without any hassle. The location was perfect and the room was clean and functional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The reception desk was closed when we arrived in the evening. However, the electronic check-in machine made it easy to access our room.

We recently stayed at the Ibis Budget hotel in Sarrebourg and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodated. They even treated us to complimentary coffee and helped us with accessing the WiFi, which was a bit tricky for us as non-Europeans. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, with the housekeeping staff even going the extra mile to return a forgotten item. The location was also convenient, provided you take the roundabout instead of the dirt road. it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay at the Ibis Budget.
