We recently stayed at the Ibis in Epernay and had a great experience. As a family of 5, we booked 3 twin rooms and were pleasantly surprised to find that two of the rooms had a connecting door, making it easier for us to be close together. The rooms were clean and equipped with air conditioning, which was a relief during the summer heat. The hotel's central location was very convenient, and we were able to find a nice restaurant just around the corner for our evening meal. We opted for the breakfast and were impressed with the excellent self-service continental spread. The staff at the reception desk were also very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel's ideal location in the city center made it easy to explore. The underground parking across the square was reasonably priced. The hotel had a good atmosphere and the bar service was excellent. The helpful staff added to the enjoyable experience. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location, within walking distance to everywhere in the city and close to restaurants and champagne houses. The comfortable large bed and good breakfast added to the convenience. The hotel offers easy parking and instant access to the town center and Ave du Champagne.

The decor could be improved, as the dull gray color scheme may not appeal to everyone.

I recently stayed at a budget chain hotel in Epernay and had a great experience. The hotel had just been refurbished and everything was in good order. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast offered was good, and the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful. I appreciated the extra pillows provided, and the email I received beforehand asking about my bed preference showed excellent customer service. it was a pleasant stay.

Ibis provided a light-filled atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. Centrally located, it was easy to explore champagne houses and find dinner. The spacious family rooms were a great find. Secure underground car parking across the square made unloading a breeze, and the hotel could promote its electric charging points more. We stayed here on our way to the south of France and again on our return.
