The hotel had a modern look and was very clean. the staff were friendly, especially the man at the counter who brought us coffees at 4.30am. the hotel was conveniently located close to a large shopping centre and it was easy to walk or use the tram to get around the city.

We were rudely told to go downstairs to pick up our food and it wasn't even good. one of the staff members seemed uninterested in helping us plan our day trip and didn't even bother to look up information for us.

ibis surpassed our expectations once again during our recent stay in marseille. the location was perfect, with easy access to the shopping district and popular tourist sites. the room had a stunning view of the castle, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. the restaurant also impressed us with its quality. overall, great experience!

The hotel was ideally located near the historical center and beaches, making it perfect for our romantic getaway. We enjoyed exploring the charming streets of the old town and basking in the sun on the beautiful beaches nearby. the buffet breakfast was a definite highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day off right. the room was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. the beds had cover mattresses that made them cozy, but they were a bit too mobile, causing us to wake up frequently during the night.
