The location of the hotel was excellent, just across the street from both the train and bus stations. It was really convenient for exploring the city and taking day trips. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our Christmas stay. the recently renovated rooms were comfortable and the triple-glazed windows kept the noise at bay.

The beds in the room were tiny and uncomfortable, and the floor sloped to one side, causing the mattress topper to slide. the breakfast was a bit disappointing, with burned bacon and limited options.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by two key aspects of this hotel. its prime location right across from the train/bus station was incredibly convenient for traveling. It made getting around the city a breeze. the staff were friendly and multilingual, which made communication easy and enjoyable. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious foods and beverages to start the day off right.

the bed was very comfortable, but the only option for covering was a heavy duvet, which was too warm for my liking. It would have been nice to have a lighter weight blanket available.
