This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a bustling city. It is conveniently located near parks, restaurants, and a beautiful tree-lined boulevard. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a peaceful view of the quiet courtyard. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The buffet breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of choices. the hotel exudes charm and is a perfect place to relax and explore the vibrant surroundings.

This hotel fulfilled all of our luxurious needs from the exclusive amenities to the personalized service. the Spa & wellness centre offered an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. the garden area was perfect for sun loungers and a refreshing drink from the bar. the buffet breakfast was exceptional, and the restaurant provided exquisite cuisine. We were impressed by the private facilities, including treatment rooms for massage, beauty treatments, and more.

The only minor issue we had was with the air conditioning in our room. the staff was quick to provide us with a fan and made every effort to address our concerns.

We loved the character of the hotel, it felt like stepping back in time. The senior gentleman porter who led us to our room in the old yet properly working lift added to the nostalgic appeal. Our room had a lovely view and a very comfortable bed. The highlight of our stay was the restaurant and its knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly staff.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
