This hotel is a hidden gem. The location, by the side of a beautiful lake, is simply stunning. It's so easy to find and the hotel even offers secure overnight parking for motorcycles. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The rooms were comfortable and well-designed, with a separate bedroom and toilet area. Breakfast was a typical French continental spread, and the prices were reasonable.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Beautiful new room, though unoccupied, with lovely wet room and comfortable bed. Mirror strategically placed for convenience. Excellent restaurant dinners. Good breakfast, slightly overpriced. Convenient location with a car, easy access to attractions and countryside.

The restaurant offers good food and the friendly staff are always attentive and accommodating. the hotel provides dishes and cutlery for guests who wish to have a picnic in their room or on the lakeside.

Some guests experienced issues with the customer service, particularly in regards to the handling of double payments.

The new building was well presented and clean. the view of the garden, vegetable bed and chicken run was enjoyable. the location by the river provided a peaceful atmosphere.

The bed was uncomfortable with a hump in the middle and the side sagged badly. the orange juice was poor and the baguette was pre-cooked and not exciting.

Lovely lake view, stylish rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, beautiful countryside.

We really felt like we got great value for our money at Hotel Du Lac in Foix. The room was beautiful, modern, and had excellent air conditioning. The staff were outstanding - so helpful and friendly, especially the lady who greeted us and served us dinner. The location overlooking the lake was absolutely lovely.

Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety.
