The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable. They even helped us order takeout from a local restaurant since there were limited room service options. the family room option was a great alternative to the typical apartments we rent when traveling. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk to the charming old French quarters.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. The buildings on either side of the hotel were undergoing renovations, which caused some noise disturbance.

The location is super convenient if you are to take trains daily, also is not far from Petit France. The room was spacious, specially the bathroom. The shower, hair dryer and air conditioning all worked perfect. All was always spotless clean. The bed was very comfortable and there were not noises at night so I could sleep very well. The elevator, though small, was running without problems too. The staff is not overly friendly, but speaks English and is helpful.

The location was perfect, right across the station but still very quiet. The breakfast was delicious and hard to resist. The room was fancy, with a huge bed, spacious bathroom, and even air conditioning! The receptionists were super nice and helpful, and the cleaning staff went above and beyond. This hotel is perfectly located right in front of the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. You can easily explore the city's attractions as it is near all the main sights.
