Varied and plentiful breakfast served until 10.30am, with cooking station for omelettes, good spa facilities including pool, steam rooms, and jacuzzi. A grand old hotel with character, ideal for exploring the historic city. Small but comfortable room with great bed and shower.

As party people, we loved the excellent location of the hotel, perfect for exploring the vibrant nightlife in Bordeaux.

They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, from the warm welcome to the attentive room service. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, with all the attractions just a stone's throw away. We enjoyed strolling through the charming streets, exploring the nearby shops, and indulging in the fantastic dining options available. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided us with breathtaking views of the city, making our stay even more memorable.

Our room, overlooking the Grand Theatre, was spacious and luxurious. The hotel exuded a VIP atmosphere, with many guests coming to take pictures. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, including delicious freshly cooked omelettes. We also enjoyed the small gym and the rooftop lounge, providing stunning views of the city. Despite some minor issues with the shower handle, the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly luxurious and memorable experience in Bordeaux.

The hotel had a great location, close to all the main attractions and shops. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were friendly and helpful.

The concierge service was non-existent. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I never received a response regarding my requests for vineyard excursions.

The value for money at the hotel was great and our room was comfortable and well-appointed. The location was perfect for exploring the historic city on foot and the staff, especially Remi the concierge, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

During our recent stay at the Intercontinental, we were thrilled with the location and the fantastic breakfast staff. Our room on the 4th floor had a stunning balcony view of the Opera house, adding an extra touch of elegance to our experience. Additionally, the Spa on the 5th floor was a delightful surprise, with an amazing pool and sauna/steam room. the hotel's traditional style and attentive service made our stay truly enjoyable.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! We stayed for 4 nights for a family vacation. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially Mr. Grégory, the concierge, who gave us great restaurant recommendations - Restaurant 1920 and Delizia Da Bartolo were outstanding! The breakfast was excellent, with delicious croissants and fresh-cut fruit. The location was perfect, and the rooms were clean and spacious.
