We had a great stay at a centrally located hotel, situated in a stunning historic building. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and breathtaking views of the river. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had impressive facilities, including a beautiful bar under a dome, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink. it was a memorable experience with a perfect blend of comfort and elegance.

Some minor details needed improvement, such as the slow service at the bar and inexperienced housekeeping staff.

We had an absolutely luxurious experience at Intercontinental Lyon. The historic building is magnificent, and we were delighted to be given a duplex suite with a stunning view of the river from a full-length window. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The electronically operated curtains added a touch of elegance. The air conditioning was powerful and kept us comfortable throughout our stay. The king bed was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was a luxurious haven with double sinks, a standalone bath, and a separate shower. The hotel staff, especially the receptionists and concierge desk members, were friendly, multilingual, and went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. We loved sipping drinks at the amazing domed bar, and the breakfast in the pretty courtyard offered a wide range of choices. The hotel's central location was an added advantage. I highly recommend this exquisite hotel.

While our stay was mostly exceptional, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The housekeeping could have been better, as we noticed some oversights like newspapers and used glasses not being replaced.

While the service was great, at times it was slightly lacking, which detracted from the class of this hotel. this venue was one of the greatest hotels I have ever stayed at, with beautiful views and an impressive bar under the dome.

We appreciated the complimentary water and tea in the evening. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city with many attractions and dining options within walking distance. the rooms were well-appointed and spacious, with comfortable beds that provided a good night's sleep.

We had a disappointing breakfast experience as a vegan. the options were limited to just salad and vegetables that left us feeling unsatisfied.
