We had a relaxing stay at a quaint hotel in a peaceful town. The location was ideal, close to the main attraction. The staff was accommodating and addressed any issues promptly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel owner made an effort to ensure our satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay in Lourdes.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location alongside the river was beautiful and added to the overall charm of the venue. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the warm welcome drink to the helpful assistance with dry cleaning. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a comfortable terrace to enjoy the views. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor gave the room a luxurious touch. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious food and drinks, and the packed lunches and special diet menus were a great convenience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The leisure/TV room and the Wi-Fi access were additional perks that made this hotel stand out.

Had a great easter weekend getaway! The staff were amazing, always smiling and going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Loved the fact that breakfast was served early enough for us to catch the sunrise. The hotel is conveniently located close to several local attractions and great restaurants. The hotel also had great amenities like free wifi and had a lot of information readily available about the area.

We had a minor issue with the quality of the toiletries provided. However, that is not enough to detract from an overall enjoyable experience.
