Kyriad hotel had a great location for exploring the region. the price was very reasonable and the rooms were comfortable. Although the shower tiles could have been cleaner, the bed was comfy and the room was quiet. the staff were friendly and helpful. it was a value for money stay.

I recently stayed at Kyriad for a couple of nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located at the start of the Champagne street, making it perfect for exploring the famous Avenue de Champagne. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed. The staff were helpful and the free parking was a great bonus. A lovely breakfast was available from 0800 and was definitely worth the 9 euros. a great hotel for a short stay in Epernay.

The room was a decent size and had tea/coffee making facilities, which was convenient. the location of the hotel was fantastic, just off the main street and close to the champagne houses. the small garden area attached to our room was a nice bonus, where we could sit and enjoy the sun with a glass of champagne.

The bathroom was small and in need of a makeover. the pillows provided were also uncomfortable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic, being just a short stroll away from the centre of town and its charming restaurants. Additionally, the hotel also offered a small garden shared with other guests, providing a tranquil spot to relax. The rooms were well-appointed with modern furnishings and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail, with the third extra bed perfectly suited for an additional adult. Lastly, the prices were very reasonable for what was offered, making it excellent value for money.

Perfect location, 5 min walk to Avenue de Champagne. Room had all amenities, good size. Breakfast available for extra charge, good value and lots of choice. Plenty of on-site parking. Lovely, helpful staff. Couldn't ask for more.

The hotel was very dated and in urgent need of a renovation. the furniture and decor were old-fashioned and uninviting, which made the stay less enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Kyriad in Epernay for a night en route. The hotel's location was fantastic, just 50 meters from Ave De Champagne where all the famous champagne houses are located. The convenient location made it easy to explore the town and enjoy the local restaurants. The free parking was a definite plus, as it made it hassle-free for us to bring our car to the Champagne region. The rooms, although small, had comfortable beds, a TV, and a kettle. The breakfast offered good value with a coffee machine and fresh bakery items. The staff at Kyriad were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

This hotel is ideally close to the Avenue de Champagne, making it the perfect location for exploring the area. The rooms are compact but perfect for a few days, with attention to detail like a door leading to a small seating area. The breakfast exceeded expectations, with fresh croissants, baguettes, and other pastries.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast selection, which could be enhanced with some hot choices.

The hotel had a great location, right on the Champagne Road, with all the major Champagne houses within walking distance. This was perfect for me as I was on a business trip and wanted to explore the region during my free time. the staff were also really helpful and gave me some great recommendations on which vineyards to visit. Another advantage was the good parking facilities. It was a relief to not have to worry about finding a spot for my car after a long day of meetings.

That the room was quite hot, especially since there was no air conditioning. This was a bit uncomfortable, especially considering the heatwave that was happening at the time.

I was pleasantly surprised by Kyriad Epernay. The front desk service was perfect and they were able to assist me in English. The hotel's location, just steps away from the Avenue de Champagne, was very convenient for exploring the area. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to the Champagne region.
