The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep before our early flight. the hotel's close proximity to the airport was extremely convenient, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. the free airport shuttle service was a great bonus, making transportation to and from the airport hassle-free.

The washroom could use better maintenance, as the grout in the shower enclosure was yellowed and there was a toilet brush located right beside the toilet, which was a bit unappealing. It would have been nicer to have individual bar soap and shampoo provided instead of the wall-mounted pumps.

Despite being close to the airport, the room was quiet and soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with a spacious shower and nice amenities. The breakfast offered a variety of options, from eggs to cereals to yogurts and fruits, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

One very specific situation that happened during our stay was the need for a reboot of the TV. However, the staff at the hotel promptly addressed this issue and resolved it, ensuring that we could enjoy our in-room entertainment without any further interruptions.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express - Marseille Airport for a quick access to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The hotel provided efficient airport transfers and also a transfer to the train station, which was much appreciated. The price was excellent, and if you're staying for more days, it's easy to access trains to explore Marseille and other areas. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
