I recently stayed at Kyriad Sud and had a wonderful experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the hotel had a pleasant overall look. The rooms were sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was impressed with the excellent wifi and the availability of international TV channels. The breakfast provided was of good quality and there was ample parking space. Getting to the hotel from the motorway exit was extremely easy, making it a convenient location for travelers like me. The cost per value was absolutely appropriate.

Despite the disappointing room conditions, the hotel's location in an industrial maze provided easy access to Montpellier airport. Additionally, there were a few restaurants within walking distance, including an expensive option for a special night out.

The room was uncomfortably hot with no air conditioning and windows that couldn't be opened for safety reasons.

Attentive and professional staff, welcoming atmosphere, clean and comfortable family room with great beds, easy access from motorway, good selection for breakfast.

I recently stayed at a hotel on a large industrial estate during my trip through France and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking excellent English and going out of their way to answer all of my questions. The location, although in an industrial maze, was incredibly convenient, with quick access to the motorway. The rooms were clean and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos, and I particularly appreciated the double bed downstairs. The breakfast provided was also a highlight, with a delicious selection of hot and cold food, especially the bakery items. I was impressed by the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel.

Impressive refurbished room layout, convenient plug sockets with double USB, mood lighting and reading lights, tea making facility, ample clothes hangers and shelving. Lovely scent upon entering. Pleasurable garden area with a nice view. Friendly and attentive staff. Convenient location near motorway. Fast and reliable free Wi-Fi. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

We had a mezzanine in our room for our kids' beds, which was fantastic. The hotel really knows how to accommodate families. Although the stairs to the mezzanine were a bit close to the bathroom and front door, it didn't bother us too much. It's a small inconvenience for such a great feature. Unfortunately, the nearby restaurants closed early despite their promise to stay open, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Conveniently located near the motorway with secure parking. Pet-friendly staff and comfy, clean rooms. On-site restaurant, and other options within walking distance. Great value for money.

The location was ideal, with easy access to the highway and a short drive from the city center and train station. the free parking and Wi-Fi were also a plus. But what really stood out was the service provided by the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and genuinely interested in making my stay as comfortable as possible.

the size of the rooms left a bit to be desired. It was manageable for a weekend stay, but for longer periods, it may feel a bit cramped.

The room, although a bit small, was surprisingly comfortable and cozy. The staff were absolutely amazing, beyond friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for an overnight stay while on our way to Spain. The fact that the hotel is pet-friendly was a huge plus for us, as we were traveling with our dogs. We were also thrilled to find a few restaurants within walking distance, so we didn't have to search for an evening meal after a long day of driving.
