I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was situated in a very quiet but safe area inside an airport. The service was impeccable, with room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service available. The housekeeping staff kept my room spotless, and the laundry service was quick and efficient. I also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, which added a nice touch to my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities provided. The terrace outside offered a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The in-room safe provided an extra layer of security, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The garden furniture added a touch of elegance to the overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located with a 15-minute drive to the Paris Nord exhibition center. The room was clean and had ample space for luggage. The staff was friendly and helpful. Transportation options were easily accessible, with a short walk to the public transport and the 152 bus taking us back to the train station.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and polite. The parking was free and there were lots of spaces available. The location was great for my two-day business trip as it was close to Le Bourget airfield and Flight Safety at Le Bourget Airport.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the proximity of the hotel to the airport, making the journey easy and stress-free. the availability of free parking was also a plus. the buffet breakfast was satisfying with a variety of options to choose from.

The state of the carpet and corridor maintenance was also a let-down. On top of that, the amenities, such as shower gel and shampoo, were not always replenished.

The location of the hotel may be a bit isolated, without any nearby shopping centers or easy access to metro or bus stations to reach Paris Nord exhibition center. However, the hotel staff is attentive and responsive, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with spacious bathrooms and beautiful views of the airport. The free WiFi and ample plug points make it convenient for guests to stay connected. The breakfast offers a variety of tasty options and the hotel provides a separate area for luggage, reducing congestion in the rooms.

The elevator in the hotel may be small, causing some inconvenience for guests who have to wait longer for their turn.
