We had a comfortable stay at the hotel, which served as a great base for exploring the beautiful Loire Valley. The convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and tourist information center, made it easy for us to plan our chateau tours. The room was spacious and luxurious, and the early check-in was a nice bonus after a long train trip. The staff were friendly and the included breakfast was delicious. The hotel had a good location, close to the city center and with plenty of restaurants nearby. the breakfast was quite good and offered a decent selection. the room was cozy and the bed was comfortable.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was not as pleasant as I had hoped. the temperature in the room was impossible to regulate and either the air conditioning was blasting cold air or there was no heat at all, making it quite uncomfortable.
