I had the most relaxing stay at La Bonne Auberge in Vieux-Port. The atmosphere was lovely and the location on the Seine riverbank was stunning. The owner was very attentive and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The food at the property was superb, and the breakfast with fresh apple juice and homemade jam was a delightful start to the day. The room I stayed in had a large and comfortable bed, and the antique furniture added to the charming and picturesque feel of the place. The gardens were beautifully maintained and provided a peaceful retreat. The surrounding area was also interesting to explore, with its quaint olde worlde rural charm. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay.

Although the property was amazing, there were a few minor drawbacks. The floors in the room were not clean and had a stale smell, which was a bit disappointing.

Lovely rural setting with beautiful views of the river. the traditional thatched roof houses added a unique charm to the property. the host was extremely knowledgeable about the region and provided us with helpful information about local attractions. the breakfast served on the terrace was absolutely delicious and offered a picturesque view while enjoying our meal.

While the rural location was picturesque, it was a bit inconvenient that there was no restaurant or store in the immediate vicinity. However, it was only a short drive to another village where we could find dining options and amenities.
