Staying here during our Thanksgiving holiday has been a wonderful experience. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. We loved the key location of the hotel, as it was right in the heart of the city and allowed us to explore all the nearby attractions with ease. the room was modern, clean and comfortable, and we particularly appreciated the complementary beverages and snacks that were offered. We also enjoyed taking advantage of the spa facilities, which were the perfect way to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing.

Although our stay was great, there were a few issues we encountered. the breakfast room was often crowded during peak hours, and the staff struggled to keep up with restocking the buffet.

The shower situation was a letdown. There were reports of showers flooding, which can be quite inconvenient.

The service provided by the staff was superb - they were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The restaurant at the hotel offered excellent value for money, especially when it came to their wine list. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
