The view from the room was amazing and we loved lounging on the chairs and enjoying the scenery. the pools were clean and the water was refreshing, perfect for a hot day. We also appreciated the gym, which had new equipment and provided towels and water bottles.

We had to wait an hour for our starter and desserts took an additional 1.5 hours to arrive. the bistro had terrible food and service, and we had an undercooked turkey skewer.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful countryside location, surrounded by stunning views. One of the highlights of the hotel is their electric bikes, allowing guests to explore the area easily and enjoy the picturesque surroundings. the hotel offers a proper AC system, ensuring a comfortable stay even in the hot summer months. The dining experience at Les Vignes restaurant is exceptional, with attentive and welcoming staff. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of fresh options. The rooms are comfortable and the beds provide a good night's sleep. The spa facilities are top-notch and the gym is well-equipped for those wanting to stay active during their stay.

WiFi can be patchy at times, especially around the pool area.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful countryside in the Luberon valley. There are plenty of fine-dining restaurants in the area, including the Italian restaurant on-site. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a private balcony for sunbathing. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were attentive. The facilities, such as the pools and gym, were well-maintained and enjoyable to use.

The WiFi can be patchy, especially around the pool area.

Fantastic views over Luberon, great pool cafe service. Small gazpacho portion for €12. Michelin-star restaurant underwhelming. Nice room upgrade. Can't wait to return.

Tucked in serene surroundings, this hotel offers a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities. the spacious rooms with private terraces and comfortable beds were perfect for relaxation. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, spa & wellness centre and seasonal outdoor pool were a real treat. Snack bar, Restaurant and Bar/Lounge were satisfying. Make up services were perfect and mani-pedi was very good.

Although the service was good, it could be improved with more staff by the outdoor swimming pool. the indoor swimming pool was smaller than expected.
