I had a wonderful stay at a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood. The room was surprising spacious and beautifully decorated. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heatwave. The hotel's garden area was perfect for dining and the swimming pool was a short stroll away. The staff was attentive and made sure my stay was enjoyable.

We loved the relaxing ambiance around the outdoor terrace and beautiful lounge area. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding and well-furnished. The easy walk into the beautiful village was a plus.

We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the town centre of Villeneuve-les-Avignon. The rooms were comfortable and well-furnished, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered a varied and excellent selection of food. the outdoor terrace and beautiful gardens provided a tranquil setting to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

The lounge chairs around the pool were quite uncomfortable and could benefit from an upgrade.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, the staff was excellent, and the food was wonderful. Even though we were there for work, we were impressed by the attentive staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. The hotel's pool, set in beautiful gardens, looked very inviting, although we didn't have much time to enjoy it. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was just a short walk away from the village center and within walking distance of most local attractions.

The location was wonderful, allowing us to easily explore the nearby town and be close to Avignon. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with plenty of shade and a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax on a quiet afternoon. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the abundance of towels available. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, fulfilling all our requests and even surprising us by taking our bags to our room while we enjoyed the pool. The service from the room service, housekeeping, and laundry team was excellent. The room amenities, such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, were top-notch. We were also impressed by the balcony, sitting area, and terrace provided in our room, allowing us to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The in-room safe, garden furniture, sink, and free toiletries were wonderful additions. The flat-screen TV and dining restaurant added the perfect touch to our stay. The in-room breakfast and bar/lounge area were both convenient and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to others, as the staff went out of their way to make our dinner times fun and enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and it was serviced daily. The hotel facilities, particularly the swimming pool, were excellent and well-maintained.

The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the surrounding region and the Manager Paul Alexander Campbell was exceptionally helpful in suggesting other restaurants and attractions. The public areas of the property were beautiful, particularly the stunning outdoor garden area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with small balconies offering lovely views. The breakfast was delicious and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The stair carpets were very dirty and there was dust in the rooms.
