Clean modernized hotel in a prime location near a beautiful park with a stunning carousel. Welcoming staff, especially Lea, and a delicious lemon pound cake as a surprise treat. Lovely architecture and wood beam ceilings in the room. Attached restaurant serves one of the best meals we had in France.

Had a really nice new year, we were greeted with complementary drinks which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect, it was easy to get to all the tourist hotspots. the breakfast was also delicious with a great variety.

It was small and dated with decor that looked like it needed updating. the room was also overpriced for what it is.

Located in the heart of the charming old town, close to all the main attractions and restaurants. Our room on the top floor had a unique sloping ceiling with exposed timber frames, giving it a cozy atmosphere. The bed had a lighted headboard, adding a special touch. The towels were thick and plush, and there were plenty of outlets for our devices. The breakfast room was beautiful, and the staff brought coffee to our table.

The main restaurant was closed for the two nights we stayed, limiting dining options.

We were delighted with the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful sites of the area, especially little Venice. We especially appreciated the strong air conditioning in our spacious and quiet top floor room. The hotel's upscale decor and courtyard oasis provided a lovely ambiance. The front desk staff, Miriam and Emilie, were not only professional but also incredibly helpful and friendly. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

The hotel had amazing exclusive amenities, such as a beautiful courtyard and historic building with modern conveniences. the room was spacious and had luxurious features such as a large bathroom with separate tub and shower, and even two hairdryers. the restaurant on the hotel premises offered exceptional food and the central location was very convenient.

The only negative issue was the parking, which was a bit difficult to find and required a code to enter. the hotel staff was very helpful in assisting with this.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy hotel in the heart of the historic town. the Michelin 2-star restaurant was a delightful experience and the breakfast was also very pleasant. the staff was courteous and helpful, even accommodating our dietary restrictions. the location was excellent, allowing us to explore the sights of historic Colmar on foot. the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and we felt secure with the convenient parking space at the back of the property. We will definitely be coming back to try their casual restaurant and outdoor terrace.
