The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests we had. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We also enjoyed the fact that the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

One aspect that we were not happy with was the lack of information provided by the reception staff. We had issues finding accurate information about the transportation options from the hotel to the airport, which caused some confusion and inconvenience for us.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Lourdes and had a great experience. The location was ideal, close to the sanctuaries and many shops. The room was clean and had nice amenities like a hairdryer, shower, bath, and separate toilet. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always there to help and spoke great English. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with something for everyone. I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wow, what a lovely holiday! We had the best Easter break ever thanks to the wonderful hospitality and great service. the hotel is located right in the heart of everything, making it convenient to explore the area. the breathtaking view of the river and the castle was truly the best part of the stay. the spacious and clean rooms were a cozy haven to relax in, and the food was scrumptious. We especially enjoyed the variety of breakfast options every morning, perfect to start the day with energy.

There were a few minor things that could be improved. One of the issues was that some of the amenities could use a little updating.
