exceptional customer service, accessible kitchen amenities, complimentary water refill

Insufficient soundproofing really dampened my experience!!! I could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms, especially in the mornings. Also, the internet connectivity was spotty, which was quite frustrating during my stay!!!

Our stay was truly enjoyable! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach and Old City. The little amenities, like free beach mats and pocket Wi-Fi, were fantastic bonuses. Plus, the staff, especially Ms. Silviya, were incredibly helpful. Our room was quiet, well-equipped, and very cozy!

I enjoyed my stay here. The location made it easy to explore the area. I appreciated having a kitchenette to prepare some meals. One highlight was the friendly staff who helped me arrange my plans. The free pocket Wi-Fi was handy, especially since my usual service didn't work well here. Overall, a solid experience for someone like me who enjoys learning about local culture.

the beach mats provided were super helpful for relaxing outside. no daily cleaning means you have to ask for more towels.

the location is awsome, just a few min walk to the beach and all the cute shops! the staff were super helpful and friendly, felt like they really cared. loved the free filtered water machine, it was a nice touch. the kitchen was so handy for makin breakfast, way better than just a hotel room. and those warm towel racks in the bathroom? totally lux!

Amazing location! Just a short walk to the beach and Old Town. The room had a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee machine, and fridge. Wi-Fi was strong and the flat-screen TV with Netflix was a nice bonus. Loved the sun umbrellas for the beach, and the staff were super accommodating, especially with our luggage.

Exceptional location just a short stroll from the beach with fantastic staff who were always friendly and eager to assist. The modern kitchenette was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and complementary coffee options were a nice touch. The room offered good lighting and a spacious shower, enhancing the comfort level. However, occasional street noise crept in, and daily cleaning was not provided, which could be an issue for some guests.

Free Wi-Fi in rooms was great. Used the laundry. Outside noise was a bit much.

The Standard Studio was super comfy! The decor was stylish and felt really chic. I loved having a kitchenette with a Nespresso machine for my morning coffee. The towels were changed daily, which was nice, but it was kinda disappointing that the room itself wasn’t cleaned during my stay. The quiet vibe really helped me sleep well even with the busy street outside. It had everything I needed for a cozy stay!

Fantastic location! Just a short walk to the beach. so many restaurants nearby to choose from. The hotel has a lovely vibe, and it's really handy having that free luggage storage option. Super convenient for exploring Nice!

I loved the little kitchenette in our room. it was super handy for making breakfast! Also, the on-site laundry was reasonable. One downside was the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, but overall, I’d definitely come back!
