The holiday experience was fantastic with wonderful decorations, lovely surroundings, and friendly hosts. The hotel was located in a key area with great access to the main plaza and the Loire river. The breakfast buffet had a great selection with plenty of options to choose from. Spending time in the beautiful garden was a delight.

There were some downsides to the stay. Although the hotel was beautifully decorated, there were a few areas that were lacking the necessary upkeep.
