The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the snow. It was easy to access and parking on the streets was free. the hotel offered a good restaurant with quality food. the staff was very friendly and provided informative and first-class reception service.

The rooms provided during our stay were below the expected standard. the double room we had was on a higher floor than requested and the single room had a serious moldy damp problem.

This hotel provided excellent value for money with its affordable prices. The hotel was in a great spot, close to the town centre and perfect for my business trip. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease as soon as I arrived. the breakfast buffet was fabulous with a huge variety of options and great coffee. I also enjoyed relaxing in the spa facilities after a long day of meetings.

The only negative thing I experienced was the noise level in the room at night. It wasn't terrible, just a low buzzing noise that could be a bit annoying if you weren't too tired to sleep.
