During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the charming welcome and friendly staff at the hotel. They were always willing to help and provided excellent service. The standard of cleanliness was outstanding, both in our room and the common areas. The facilities were great, with dedicated valet parking that made our stay hassle-free. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from historic sites, shops, and restaurants. We also enjoyed the lovely furnishings and interesting artifacts that added to the hotel's unique atmosphere.

It could use some updating, especially the bathroom fittings. It would have been nice to have more variety in the mini-bar, and some small snacks would have been a welcome addition.

The value for money at Le Cep was excellent - great room and service for the price. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, and the staff treated us like VIPs.

Had a fabulous stay at Just Divine in Beaune. The location was superb, right in the heart of town. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, always ready to help with fluent English. The recently renovated Nectar Suite was pure luxury, with a sublime AC and a stunning bathroom featuring Vinisme Chardonnay inspired bath products. Breakfast in the small courtyard was delightful. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at La Lune, which the hotel kindly booked for us. a great experience at Just Divine!

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were very attentive and could not do enough for us all. Elvys, in particular, was very helpful in making recommendations and is extremely knowledgeable about the region. The hotel is located in the center of the old town, making it convenient to explore the city's historic sites, art galleries, shops, and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed having it outdoors when the weather permitted. The staff, including the general manager, were exceptionally welcoming and resourceful. I also appreciated the hotel's parking and transportation services, which made it easy for me to get around.

The staff arranged an Antigen test for us when there were none available in town, ensuring our smooth departure. The incredible breakfast and comfy beds were just what we needed after a long drive from Nice. The garden and terrace were perfect for relaxing evenings and delicious dinners. The personalized service and genuine warmth of the staff made us feel like part of the family. We will definitely be returning!

What a wonderful stay we had at Hotel Le Cep! We were in Beaune for a wine tasting weekend and the hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient for us to visit the major attractions. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. They even upgraded our room to make it more comfortable for our child. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The breakfast each morning was delicious, especially the make-your-own soft boiled eggs. We also appreciated the secure on-site parking. the experience was top-notch and we highly recommend this hotel.
