Lovely pool, cosy room, good shower, good wifi, comfy bed.

We were absolutely thrilled with this place! The location down the hill was perfect, as it was very close to the town centre and the beautiful lake. The service was outstanding, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry all making our stay even more comfortable. We were also delighted to receive a welcome drink upon arrival, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel had a fantastic range of amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, which were all very relaxing. The spa centre was also a great addition, offering a range of treatments and a lovely sun terrace to enjoy. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, top-notch service, and luxurious facilities.

The hotel has a lovely pool which we really enjoyed. the rooms were also very spacious, giving us enough space to move around comfortably. the hotel was also located in a great spot close to many shops and restaurants, which made it easy for us to find places to eat and explore.

We had a pretty bad experience in this hotel. the customer service was not up to standard, and we found the staff to be unhelpful and rude at times.
