I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Valenciennes, right in the center of the city. The location was perfect, as it was opposite the picturesque train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my partner, who has walking disabilities, got a room close to the lift. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with good furnishings and a bathroom that had a toilet separated from the rest. Another highlight was the breakfast, with a great variety to choose from.

We spent the New Year at a hotel conveniently located near the train station. the breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. the comfortable and clean rooms had all the amenities we needed.

The hotel's noise insulation was not adequate and we could hear noises from neighbouring rooms. the decor of the room seemed outdated and could benefit from modernisation.
