We had a wonderful stay at Le Moulin De La Beune. the location was stunning, with a serene little stream where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful birdlife. the staff were attentive and brought our drinks out to us. Despite being close to the main road, we didn't experience any noise next to the stream. the hotel grounds were picturesque, with a charming water wheel and seating by the water's edge. Our rooms, located on the third floor, were simple yet lovely. Although there was no elevator, the staff was helpful and accommodating. We were able to explore the town on foot, including the Font de Gaume prehistoric cave site which was only a mile away. the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of pastries, toast, yogurt, ham, and soft-boiled eggs. There was even a coffee machine that also made tea and hot chocolate. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the Michelin-rated restaurant attached to the hotel. it was a fantastic experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a one-minute walk to the main street. the grounds of the hotel were beautiful, with a lovely stream flowing through the property. Additionally, the restaurant at the hotel offered a great dining experience, with delicious food, particularly the trout from the local stream.

The room we stayed in was a bit cramped, with little space for luggage and not much room around the bed. the bathroom also had poor air circulation, making it quite stuffy.

Short walk to train station and incredible museums nearby. Beautiful garden and cool stone building. Helpful staff and comfortable, clean rooms. Dried clothes and provided umbrella during walking holiday. Excellent restaurant with local trout. Family-run hotel with central access to prehistoric cave area.

We also enjoyed sitting by the creek and watching the ducks.

The staff are great and provide excellent service, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options available including pastries, toast, yogurt, ham.
